“Bem estar”
Everything. Staying near the station. All works well. Just stayed for a short time.

Hotel Resi, Rome, blends historic charm with modern convenience. Family rooms feature air‑conditioning, private baths, free WiFi, desks, TVs, and wardrobes. Guests unwind on a terrace, sip cocktails at the bar, or relax in a lounge. Private check‑in/out, room service, and a paid shuttle add ease.

Location is great. The cleaning was poor and the bathroom was clogged.

A spot just behind Termini station, super central and well connected, so I could relax. The bathroom was nice. However, the rooms were tiny and the whole place looked a bit neglected.

Very close to Termini station, central for exploring various spots, good price‑to‑quality ratio. The mattress felt very old and uncomfortable to sleep on, and there was a faint cigarette smell when I entered the room.

The staff were very kind.
