Casa Tunkul stands out as a true gem among the small boutique hotels in Merida; I was thrilled to find it during my search! The suite with a bathtub was simply wonderful, everything was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated with no clutter, creating a pleasant, relaxing vibe. Its proximity to shops, restaurants, and squares in beautiful central Merida makes it a top recommendation.

We loved it—beautiful, spacious with air conditioning and a fan, a small fridge, coffee maker, and kitchen, an enormous, lovely bathroom, a super large comfortable bed, and tasteful décor; it even has a small pool and a rooftop where you can have a drink. The place is very quiet because there are only three rooms, and the location is perfect—just 10 minutes to the center. Juan, who attended us and gave us tips on nearby attractions, stores, and supermarkets, was very pleasant. No complaints.

The spot is spot on, tucked into a calm, safe street. The rooms are huge and cozy, and the pool looks gorgeous. Juan, our host, was fantastic—super attentive, and when we arrived he gave us all the info we needed about the apartment plus handy tips about Mérida and the surrounding area. We liked everything; it would just be nice to have a full‑length mirror and a microwave in the kitchen.

Decoration soignée, chambre ample avec clim et ventilateur très efficaces, lit super confortable, cuisine bien équipée, grande TV et salle de bain immense en parfait état. Tout était au top, tout comme la position, dans un quartier agréable et authentique proche du marché, de jolies boutiques et cafés. Juan nous a accueillis personnellement et a toujours été très réactif et disponible dans nos échanges. Une vraie pépite !!. Rien
