No comments on the service, but the mattress was not comfortable.

For the money ($170) for 1 night it's comforting and cosy in a spacious enough fashion which is why i chose the motel for the 2nd time in the area (suits). I do genuinely prefer the option for the money given others that are local (but they are nice enough for what they are also, ones I"ve experienced anyway). Provided needed/wanted I'll return!. Zero complaints to be honest for another night (maybe a new unique weekly rate sometimes periodically haha)

“Very disappointing experience.”

The location was ideal for my visit. Initially, there were no towels in the room—only a hand towel, face towel, and bath mat. With no one at reception to resolve it, I had to call the emergency number, and a gentleman working on site renovations brought me a towel. When I used it the first morning, it felt like a brand‑new towel that hadn’t been washed yet. The fridge was leaking and the temperature control seemed off, so the food I brought for lunches froze. The shower door didn’t close properly, hot water was hard to adjust, and the plumbing was very noisy.

“False advertising”

The linen was clean. However, the advertising was false: I booked a spa room, but when we arrived there were none, even though the website and the hotel clearly advertised them. They had apparently removed the spa rooms from the rooms. Very disappointed.
