Excellent start at the reception; the room was very good and clean, and all the staff were excellent!

The staff were fine except for a couple of boys at the reception. The drinks were fake and had no alcohol, and we never received an introduction or a map of the hotel, so we didn’t know about the different facilities and services.

Everything was perfect. 👍 No negatives.

Nice location, but it wasn’t really clean and the emergency medical service was not good.
