①愛犬の名前を覚えて頂き、声を掛けてくれた点。 ②トレーナーが親切丁寧に質問に応えてくれた点。 ③色々なフリードリンクやチョコなどの取り揃えが充実していた点。 ④施設が綺麗。中庭、お風呂、特には室内のドックランは広く、玩具がたくさん有り良かった。 ⑤景色は恐らく良いと思われます。 一番は泊まり客同士の触れ合いがしやすい環境で、声をかけたりかけられたりしたのが、とても良かったです。他のホテルでは、客同士の触れ合いの場が少なく、単に家庭の延長が多かったです。 気に入りました。 料理も最高です。 お食事時の愛犬の椅子設置も良かったです。 一緒に楽しめました。. お給仕の方が料理を置いて下さった時、鼻水をすすったのが気になりました。 以前他のホテルの披露宴会場ではお給仕のおばさんの口が臭いこと。お料理の説明をしてくれたのですが、全く耳に入らず。とても残念な気持ちになりました。 口臭は論外ですが、お料理に相応しく無い行為は気を付けて頂きたいです。

The dog gear and facilities were well supplied, but the dog run could use a bit more space.

All the staff were extremely pleasant, the cleaning was thorough and the place spotless, and both dinner and breakfast tasted wonderful; the only downside was that the bathroom sink, while clean, looked a bit dated.

The team always wore smiles and were very helpful, the bath felt great, we could even get a dog licence and watch videos of other guests’ dogs, the all‑you‑can‑drink option was nice, and the facilities were clean, though the indoor dog run did emit a slight odor that was a bit off‑putting.
