The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms are quite good and beautiful, with a superb view of the mountains. It was hard to find the place—Google couldn’t navigate the area—and we were told there was no internet, which meant the phones were down and there was no TV because both the TV and internal phones require internet.

We had a wonderful short stay at the Soul Resort, enjoyed a massage in the spa and a delicious dinner. We’ll definitely return when we’re in the area again for a longer stay.

I loved the room, except for the morning when there was no water for a shower. It was very quiet, surrounded by great nature, and it was wonderful that mindfulness and meditation were included. The pool was green and full of algae, which was such a shame because it was hot and we desperately wanted a swim. There was no buffet at breakfast, and during afternoon tea my scone had mold on it!
