The service was incredible, the food amazing, and the hotel very clean. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return soon. I absolutely recommend it.

All the staff are amazing. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, and the balcony offers a view of the lagoon. The pier with lagoon access is great, but the downside is that it’s a deep area, so it can be tiring to float all the time and there’s no standing zone.

“RELAJACION TOTAL”

The view of the room overlooking the lagoon was wonderful, they left a coffee in the room, the complimentary reception drink, the Pepita sweets in the room, and the water bottles were great. The privacy was lacking; the curtain over the window opened a lot and left us exposed to the hallway, and the access to the lagoon made me uneasy about disturbing other guests whose rooms were right at the lagoon entrance, and there was only one hammock, one chair, and a table, so when a couple arrived they already occupied it and we had nowhere to put our towels and bags.

“El mejor hotel, ya queremos regresar”

The staff were excellent, greeting us with a drink and making us feel delighted at the hotel; the restaurant was superb, the room was very comfortable with a bathtub that we enjoyed a lot, they upgraded us to a suite with the best view of the lagoon, and they sent us off with a takeaway coffee. Everything was perfect.

“Had a very nice and relaxing time at Puerta del Cielo.”

The service and the food are excellent, the room design is great, very comfortable, with a nice terrace and bathtub, and the hotel staff are always friendly and make sure you are comfortable.
