The property is just a few steps from Shinjuku centre and a few steps from the various metro lines to reach other parts of the city. Highly recommended! The staff’s availability was an issue.

The location is fine. At the entrance there is a bad smell, the rooms are very tight, and there is no designated smoking area.

The place is in a great spot.

The location was very good and the price super affordable, but the hotel offered few amenities and the area under the beds hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The location was good, but the décor was not.
