I’m thrilled with everything, thank you so much. The only hiccup was that both pillows were too low; I hope next time they’ll offer a slightly higher one.

Breakfast was very simple and limited but met our needs. The location was extremely convenient—perfect for what we required. We could use more power outlets and a wider range of breakfast options.

The lady at reception was super friendly and explained how to get to our cruise in the cheapest way; the breakfast was correct, and the décor was tasteful with many details. The air conditioning was old and needed an upgrade, and I couldn’t understand why a reasonably sized bathroom had such a small shower—someone of my size would struggle to get in.
