Venus Royale Hotel

I was completely satisfied with my stay at this hotel; the staff were accommodating from check‑in all the way through my last day, and I truly appreciate their service. Highly recommended! ☺️

The location and the quietness of the rooms with mountain views were great, and the room was well decorated. We paid for breakfast because it was a buffet, but the restaurant was closed; we only received one plate in the room with bread and dry pancakes without any toppings, and no tea or fruit juice. The service time was not respected either—they arrived 1 h 30 before the scheduled time. The parking is not provided; your scooter or vehicle must be parked on the street.

“Coron in cantiere”

The room had a large camera. The building was under renovation, so the elevator was broken, the pool was unavailable, and the breakfast area was closed. Breakfast was still served, but without any notice or time request, it was brought to our room at 6:30 am, and the selection was poor and ultimately disappointing.

“Correcto”

The room was very pretty and comfortable, well equipped, and practically no noise could be heard. The breakfast was served in the room (apparently there is no dining room). They cleaned the room each day and changed the towels, but it felt like the floor was not being cleaned.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I booked this hotel because I wanted a swimming pool, but in the end the pool was not open.
