The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood with mostly locals and nice restaurants, and the bakery downstairs offered a wonderful breakfast. The décor was a bit dated, which added to its charm. The owner was friendly, and everything was easily reachable by metro or on foot.

The welcome felt special, like visiting an aunt; the room was beautiful, spacious, and bright, located in the 14th arrondissement, 10‑15 minutes by metro from the center, yet very quiet and livable, frequented more by Parisians than tourists. The pastry shop/bakery on the street, just around the corner, is a morning delight. If I ever return to Paris, I’d stay here again.

The location is a bit off from the main tourist spots near Montparnasse, but the street and surroundings are great and offer everything needed—cafés, restaurants, and an excellent bakery in the building. The hosts are charming, and everything was absolutely stress‑free.

The place is great because it's close to markets, a bakery, and restaurants, but the tiny fridge couldn't keep water and fresh items cool in the heat.
