The entrance to the portal and the stairs to the first floor felt a bit ominous. I didn’t use the mini‑elevator. In the shower, the water was either too hot or too cold.

Nothing positive. The property was closed even though it was listed on Booking. After several calls, the host told me that the place was sold and therefore not available.

Good evening, I did not use the stay because, following an email from you, I learned the reservation had been cancelled by the hotel. When I called the property, I was told it had been sold to another operator and that the €130 already paid by credit card would be refunded. To date, I have not received the credit. Please verify and confirm the refund date soon. I also had to book another hotel at the last minute, incurring extra costs. The stay was scheduled from 22 to 24 January 2026. The B&B was very cozy and charming, with a spectacular shower, but the bidet’s plug was stuck and the water wouldn’t drain. The location was great, a short walk from the station and all nearby services. The only drawback was that I couldn’t find the affiliated bar; it’s on Piazza Cairoli, but I never saw it. Overall everything was fine; I liked it a lot even though the tourist tax seemed a bit high. As someone who visits Brindisi often, I’ll book again.
