Great location. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. Wifi was spotty.

“Śniadanie bardzo dobre, pokój niekoniecznie czysty”

Breakfast at the hotel was very tasty, with a wide selection and fresh fruit. The staff (especially the luggage man) performed very well. Helpful, speaking English and very polite. The room looked like the pictures, except it was much smaller than what the photo suggested. In the bathroom I found a dead cockroach, which shows how the hotel staff cleans… a big minus. The bedding may have been washed but had dirty spots, so I had some doubt whether it had been changed before our arrival.

“Comfortable and spacious”

A large room for the price, especially considering the generally small proportions of buildings in this part of Hanoi. The hotel is extremely clean and nicely organized, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

“Séjour dans cet hôtel très bien. Personnel et chambre très bien. L’employé est idéal et le nuit dans la chambre est très”

The staff were very helpful, you could shower before catching a bus, breakfast was fine, and the room had a window.
