The Riad is beautiful! The rooms are very comfortable, everything is very clean, there is a shared kitchen you can use and the showers and bathrooms are super spacious and private. A VERY GOOD ENVIRONMENT surrounded by art paintings and in the evening you can be in the courtyard chatting or having something to eat. The location is scary… in full alleys that at night we don’t leave…

I enjoyed a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay at this hostel, and the staff were kind and helpful; the location makes it easy to explore Tetouan, so I’d definitely return.

The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the property stayed very clean, including the bathrooms and sleeping areas; the bed was comfortable and I loved the traditional atmosphere and character of this beautiful historic building. However, the property can be a little difficult to find, especially when approaching from Bab Okla—Google Maps isn’t 100 % accurate through the narrow streets, and at night this route can feel uncomfortable if you don’t know the Medina well; I’d strongly recommend accessing the property from the Royal Palace side instead. Also, the beds may be a little short for taller guests—if you’re over around 1.82 m, your feet might disagree! 😄
