La Quinta by Wyndham Deer Park

“Great option for the area”

The room and its facilities were of high quality. Everything else was fine.

“Decepção!”

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the entire third‑floor corridor had a wet carpet odor. On the second day, a cockroach crawled out of a crack in the bathroom wall. The breakfast was terrible. The hotel looked very nice and comfortable in the photos, but it turned out to be a horrible place that felt like a rough roadside motel. The staff were not very friendly.

“Last time staying there , too much for”

I liked that the hotel was close to the spots I visited, but there were bugs in my room and the hallways had a moldy smell.

The customer service was excellent, and everything else was awesome.

“Wet and overpriced.”

The location was good, but the floor in my room was wet and a dehumidifier was running; my grandson had to switch rooms, and in the second room the TV was disconnected and lying on the floor, with another dehumidifier present. It was almost 2 AM, so he just went to bed. Very poor and way overpriced.
