“Very disappointing – tiny room, terrible noise and misleading description.”
The only bright spot was the friendly and polite staff. Everything else was a let‑down: the room was far too cramped for two people, barely enough room to move around, and the bed could only be reached from one side. Several advertised amenities were missing, so the room didn’t match its description. Street noise was awful, and a neighbour kept banging on the wall even though we stayed quiet, exposing poor soundproofing. Overall, the room was uncomfortable, cramped, and lacked privacy, making it unsuitable for couples.
