“Needs improvement”
Nothing positive, only that it was near the railway station. Cleanliness was lacking, it was on the 4th floor, and the staff behaved poorly.

Only the location was good. The staff were just sitting in front of the television no matter what the guest needed; they didn't provide a peaceful stay. The washrooms were dirty, the AC was supplied by the guests themselves instead of being turned on, and the windows were never opened. The whole day the guests were disturbed by heavy traffic noise.

I think this dorm is the best in Raipur because each box has a curtain that gives you privacy, but the bathroom is a hassle since the hot and cold water don’t mix, making it hard to figure out at first.

The place is comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly; the environment is quiet and peaceful, though the rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor and there’s no elevator, so you have to lug your heavy bags up yourself.
