The rooms were spotless, the breakfasts delicious, and the staff friendly, but the lack of air‑conditioning was a small drawback; if it stayed hot for longer, AC would have been useful 🙂

The staff were a huge plus and more than compensated for other shortcomings; the location was another bonus, with a quiet side street near the hotel yet still close to the promenade, restaurants, and the beach.
