The breakfast is good. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. It’s very noisy from the highway, I will not stay here again. The reception staff is not friendly at all. They also didn’t have toothpaste for sale.

The hotel didn’t recognize the payment of my reservation; after insisting by phone for two consecutive days, they left me on hold for 20 minutes and stopped answering my calls. When I arrived, they didn’t want to recognize the reservation again and said they had nothing recorded in the system, their staff was rude and the service quality was very bad. The emails never reached them and they had me waiting a long time, I almost had to make another reservation because they wouldn’t let me in. The poor service, deficient contact services and rude staff.

I didn't like it at all; it isn’t a good place to stay unless you belong to the industry. The cleanliness, service, amenities, and entrance were all lacking, and the reception and room were disappointing.
