Our rooms weren’t cleaned properly. The service was in a bad mood when we asked for something, unhelpful even though the hotel wasn’t very full.

“Gluten Free Food / Personal / Room”

They offer real gluten‑free food on request, with no cross‑contamination—really safe. Some restaurants serve imported alcohol. Every restaurant had QR codes for the menu and allergens. The hotel staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The chefs made gluten‑free pancakes. The evening program in the atrium was nice; I enjoyed every night, and there was always something to see, good for kids too. Special thanks to Guest Relations Can. The garden, pools, trees, palms, flowers, and the beach were beautiful. The beach in front of the hotel is mostly sandy. The area is always clean, like paradise. Wi‑Fi works everywhere; once you log in it stays connected forever and is fast. The room was nice and clean, with a smaller balcony. We had a sea‑view room. The Thai massage was the best. I don’t like the taxi back to the airport on the last day. Company: BlackCab. They cooperate with the hotel. The driver said we destroyed LED lights inside his car. The second beach wasn’t that nice—mostly mixed sand and small stones, and it looked dirty because of a nature‑made parasol (Sunbrella). Leaves fell to the ground, making it look a bit dirty. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for a drink at the bar, and it can be really long. I advise the hotel to have a self‑service corner for soft drinks and beer.

The resort was very child‑friendly. The program was the same every day but still pleasant for the kids. The food was partly very good, but there were a few dishes that weren’t great—though that’s a matter of taste. Overall the resort was harmonious and gave a vacation feeling. The room was very dirty upon arrival, had mold in the bathroom, and ants in the room. Some items were broken, like the shower head and the mosquito net on the terrace door.

“Exacent resort”

Everything is superb: numerous pools by category, play areas for children, diverse food, friendly and respectful staff. The interior staircase at the top of the water park needs refurbishment and anti‑slip carpet on the stairs. The sandy beach at the sea side should be cleared of stones.

“Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.”

The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Can from Guest Relations, and also the service staff. The resort is large, but everything is close together. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the drinks were terrible—Cola, Fanta, etc. were a syrup mix and really not enjoyable.
