Parking was secure, the staff were friendly and understanding, and the location was fine. The room wasn’t clean.

It was close to the center, tucked into a quiet alley, a bit uphill. The sea view from the large single‑glazed window was marred by the need to keep the blinds closed for privacy. The room was big, like a family room with five sleeping spots, one of which was a double bed, but it was spoiled by the lack of extra furniture such as chairs. The doors were bolted shut. The room was newly refurbished with modern lighting, but the switch and fan controls were overly complicated and unlabeled. We moved to a second windowless room and had a much better experience for one night. The value for money is questionable. The shower room was exceptionally poor: a rusty shower head, rusty controls, stained tiles, and the floor seemed not cleaned at all, producing an uncomfortable odor. A full deep clean and a modern shower are needed; clean mops and detergent would be a good start. The towel rail was too high and not sensible, needing at least two. The step from the shower room was dangerous. The sink was poorly fitted, the window was old and had useless pipework in front. There were no hangers in the cupboard. They described the room as Deluxe Family, but in reality the Main Room contains five sleeping spots with no sensible furniture except a desk and an occasional table. Overall it felt half finished and supplemented by a shocking shower room. The balcony was just an enclosed narrow shelf. It wasn’t Deluxe and wasn’t worth the 50k they charged. I did get a reduction. Finding two cockroaches in the shower after our first evening meal didn’t help. It’s only worth it if it’s improved.
