The staff were exceptional, all welcoming, smiling, and attentive to guests’ needs. Monica, the restaurant manager, did an excellent job and managed everything we asked for. The only downside was the lack of festive activities.

The service was great and the All Inclusive option is a must.

The service was very slow and the staff were not helpful; it took an hour to get anything, the restaurant took 40 minutes to give us the menu, and the bookings for the activities were expensive and not great for value, plus the staff were not very helpful with booking the activities.
