The beds were good, but we were very disappointed with the campsite: there were no pools as promised, the pool had been closed for years, no playground, no trampoline, no bounce house, and no toilet or shower in the house as advertised. When we told the staff about the missing facilities, they shrugged and their English was terrible. The old toilet building was only acceptable if it had been cleaned, which it wasn’t. It wasn’t a family‑friendly campsite and there were no activities. We expect compensation.
