The place is spot‑on – just a few steps from the main ski lift and the flat is big and well stocked, with a ski‑pole rack and even a heated boot cupboard. Unfortunately the cleaning lady was downright rude; she barged in, shouted “Raus” and waved us out with her hand. We were speaking German, so a simple “I’m here to clean” would have been enough, but the whole attitude felt out of place for such a nice property.

The kitchen was handy and the shower gave a nice warm spray, which was a relief after a day on the slopes. The TV, however, didn’t carry any Austrian channels and the heating only worked in the bathroom – the bedroom stayed freezing, and the extra heater was useless for warming gloves.

The flat is a short five‑minute walk from the gondola and comes with two balconies, which is a nice perk, and the basic amenities are decent. On the downside we only got two rolls of toilet paper for a four‑night stay and never heard back when we asked for an extra towel via WhatsApp.

The apartment looked fine and overall the stay was okay, but we spent the last day and a half without any hot water, and even earlier the water was lukewarm, so we had a cold shower before heading home. The host only answered phone calls, which made getting help a bit tricky.

Perfect spot just meters from the ski runs and the thermal baths; the owner never stayed in the house and was always a quick call away when we needed anything. The recently renovated apartment still smelled brand‑new, every room had its own TV, and we’re already planning a return.
