The location was fine, but there was no ice machine on our floor—just exposed pipe—and the bathroom was a disaster: the door wouldn’t close unless pushed hard, wallpaper peeled, the shower leaked everywhere, shower seals were moldy, the toilet leaked onto the floor when flushed, and maintenance wouldn’t move us rooms, only promising to call the next day—absurd for a $200 room. The bed was very hard, and the advertised Netflix on the TV didn’t work in our room.

The bed was super comfortable and the shower was a good size, but the TV was glitchy, checking in took forever, there was no exhaust fan or heat lamp in the bathroom, I had to set up a Bonvoy account just to get Wi‑Fi, breakfast wasn’t free, and the price was way too high for the lack of amenities.

The room was clean, yet I expected more for the price; the bed sagged, the room overlooked overflowing dumpsters, and there wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby in the morning.
