The pool was great, but the breakfast was lacking.

The location, cleanliness, and cordiality of the service team were excellent, and the hotel also offers a pool, massage room, gym, and rotary parking; breakfast was well served until 10 h. However, the room I stayed in faced the street, causing annoying noise, and when I requested a room change there was no other room of the same standard available, only a lower one; the mattress had a sag in the center, indicating broken springs.

The air conditioner dripped onto the headboard; otherwise the hotel was excellent.

“Não valeu o custo x benefício”

The location is central, close to everything, and the leisure area is good. However, the price doesn’t match the quality; the shower was weak, water flow was sparse, and the bathroom wasn’t clean—there were many hairs on the floor, especially in the shower box. Breakfast was also weak, with only cheese bread and cakes that were dry and bland.

The hotel is well maintained and kept in good condition, but the rooms are small, though still satisfactory.
