The venue and the staff were both outstanding, but the breakfast didn't come with water.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, the location was central yet a bit far from the malecón, and the staff were very attentive and helpful, though the overall facilities were a bit decrepit.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bed was one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. The breakfast start time wasn’t respected.
