This place has a great location, and getting around is a breeze. That's about all we can say for now - we're still waiting to see if they can iron out some of the other kinks.

Honestly, our stay was a disaster from start to finish. The hot water wasn't working, and the staff seemed more interested in watching dramas than helping us out. The breakfast was a joke - we got three idlis, and one of them was a weird button idli. Save your money and avoid this place.

We had a really poor experience at this hotel. For starters, there was only one staff member on duty the whole time we were there, and we had to lug our luggage from the car to our room ourselves. The suite sofa was broken, and we didn't get a third bed like we'd requested. The dinner was a letdown, and we got charged for eight drinking water bottles to boot. The air conditioners were ancient and didn't work properly, the TV was out of commission, and everything just felt really run-down.

The location was pretty cool, but honestly, the service was a bit of a letdown. I was expecting a bit more from the staff, but they just seemed okay. Overall, it's a nice spot, but they need to work on their customer service skills.
