The reception was very friendly. The hotel is in the middle of the action yet the room remains quiet.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, and the sound insulation was good. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is central. Overall, everything was fine.

The hotel sits in a lively party zone, yet the room was surprisingly quiet because it faces away from the street.

The location was good, but I booked and paid for an Executive suite and received a different room that lacked the large balcony. I didn't notice the mistake until I saw the room number on the cleaning sheet, which matched the one I had booked (or a comparable one). That discovery happened only two days before checkout. Next time I'll choose a hotel that actually gives me what I pay for.
