The owner is sweet, attentive, and thoughtful. I read the reviews and it turned out to be exactly as described. I checked in in the early afternoon and the owner even gave me a bottle of wine. It’s truly endearing. If I get to return to HP, I’ll choose this place again.

The room was very tidy and well equipped, and I especially loved the strong, clean shower. I booked a room with two double beds for a group of four, and we were satisfied; if I have the chance to come back to HPhong, I’ll book again.

The rooms were good and the hospitality was warm.

The staff were really friendly, but the AC, heating and TV in our room were all broken. They moved us to a larger room and refunded part of the bill as an apology, which was nice. There's no lift, and the air‑conditioners need a checkup.
