“I wouldn't let a stray dog stay at this place.”
Absolutely nothing! If you are traveling with small children don't even consider staying at this dump. 1. The main entrance wasn’t open when we arrived, so we had to walk down the sidewalk to a different door. Inside the building, a room was cluttered with old furniture, and there was no signage to guide us to the registration desk. We eventually found the desk, but it was empty; a sign with a phone number was posted instead. A woman who came to register us was friendly and efficient. 2. After checking in, we were told to park on the side of the building where the lighting was good. An old, broken truck with flat tires was parked by the entrance door, and the door was not locked. 3. We went up the stairs to the second floor, and the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. The room was a good size but very dated. Luckily, the bed had no bedbugs. 4. After dinner, we heard a commotion in the hallway and saw two police officers with a woman in handcuffs; one officer was in a room with a man. The woman was yelling at the cops and clearly under the influence of something. 5. Later, my son went to the car to get something and the lady at the registration desk was outside smoking. She told my son to make sure the door was closed tight when he returned because other guests leave the door open so their friends and homeless people can get in. 6. I’ve traveled a lot and have never experienced anything like this. I’m grateful we only had to stay there one night.
“Avoid. Not worth the value. Felt a bit unsafe”
Not much to say. The parking lot was littered with abandoned cars and trash. The shower had almost zero water pressure, and the heater was very loud.
“Much over priced!!! Very basic and bad quality of the room!”
The place was a total letdown; the cost was way too high for the condition we received.
The beds were comfortable, but the hallway had an awful smell.

At least the room was clean. No hot water for the shower from 3 am to 8 am. I called the service desk about the problem and they said it was working on it, but it was still 3 am. I couldn’t shower due to no hot water. I am requesting a full refund. I had to stop at a truck stop to pay to shower.
