We never got any check‑in details from the host, so we couldn't get into the place at all; after trying to contact the host repeatedly we realized it was a scam and had to find another accommodation for the night.

“Horrible we left the eve of booking in, it’s dirty mould everywhere”

The place was filthy—mould on the beds, no linens, and another family arrived the day after we did to book; the lady blocked that family, ignored us, and did nothing about it; we left the next day because of the mess. She is a scammer, blocks you after a long wait for a PIN code, never meets you face‑to‑face, and the van is disgusting with mouldy kids' beds, a dirty freezer, no spot for milk, windows covered in grime; the van is not fit for humans, we were all over our legs and arms, and she texted us saying we left it in a state we just wanted a free holiday. Don't fall for the pictures she shows; this woman is a scammer and won't do anything about it. She lets two families stay at the same time, ignoring safety and hygiene—she is one of the biggest scammers.

“Very bad”

The manager was very rough, switched her phone mid‑conversation, and didn't let me check in; I spent the whole day with my two kids and had to go home, ruining my holiday.
