The included American breakfast was excellent and quick, and the jacuzzi looked clean and very comfortable even though I never used it; the housekeeping was very good. The Wi‑Fi kept cutting out every 5 minutes, making it impossible to use; the king‑size bed had a hollow spot in the mattress where you could sit, which is unacceptable even if you can shift to one side. They told us breakfast started at 10 am, which felt too late for anyone with business to attend, and later we found out it actually began at 9 am—still late, but they never mentioned it. The staff were a bit apathetic, very dry and curt.

It was a very quiet and relaxed place, the staff were very friendly and everything was clean.

I received good service, the breakfast was very tasty, and the location is convenient for car travel (and even public transport). The only suggestion is to improve lighting in the mirror areas so people can get ready more easily.
