The breakfast was excellent and the front‑desk girl was very polite and helpful; however, at check‑in we encountered a girl who was unprepared and clearly not in charge.

The boss was incredibly warm, the reception was great, she helped with everything, and there was a welcome beer; the rooms and breakfast were basically a 10, and there were no negatives.
