I'm still fuming about my recent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, but that's where the positives end. The real kicker was when I realized they'd overbooked the place and refused to give me a refund. I tried to contact them multiple times, but they just kept saying no refund. It's just not right that they get paid for a room and then don't deliver.

This hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of the square. However, the building itself needs some serious TLC - the maintenance is lacking and it shows. Still, the location makes up for it.

To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money, despite multiple attempts to contact them and resolve the issue.
