The central location and the option to park a car on the premises were great, and Giancarlo at reception was very cordial. No complaints.

The staff were fantastic, especially the cleaning lady Lourdes, the person in the breakfast lounge, and the front‑desk team, all very friendly; we also appreciated the location. One improvement would be to remodel the bathrooms and replace the bathtub with a shower tray.

The place is in a great spot, but it’s impossible to sleep because it’s next to bars and the noise is overwhelming; the lack of sound insulation is shocking, the bed feels very uncomfortable, and the price is steep for what you get.

The location was good, right in Salamanca’s center near the market and Plaza Mayor. The room was spacious, but the bathroom left something to be desired: it had a tub, a shower tray would have been better, and the toilet was uncomfortable to use because you had to sit sideways as it sat above the sink.
