“estubo bien”

The location was great, the cabin was excellent. I didn’t like that they didn’t have a mop, a towel for cleaning the kitchen, or a dustpan; we wanted to leave the towels washed but they didn’t provide soap and left a note saying they would charge us if we didn’t leave everything clean, but we didn’t have anything to clean with—unsure if we’ll be charged, but we tried to leave everything as clean as possible.

The pool was great and the kids had fun playing, and the location was excellent, but the pillows were uncomfortable.

“Good but still room for improvement.”

The Luxury Chalet was pretty nice, especially the pool and the activities you can do while staying there. However, the description says it has air conditioning, but it doesn't—just an old box fan that barely moves air. Because the place is pet friendly, some guests let their large dogs roam, and one of those dogs ran up on my kid, then tried to attack our small dog. The same guest stayed up until 3 am, yelling and cussing next to the caretaker cabin, and nothing was done about it.

“Very Bad, not recommended at all. Bad experience.”

I was not happy with the property at all. I wondered why all 20 rooms were empty. It was not clean; it looked abandoned.
