The location was good, close to the station and a supermarket. I had booked too far in advance and called the hotel several times after 8 am to confirm, but couldn’t get through. I didn’t know that you couldn’t reach them until after 9 am. There was no warning, so I booked again. The uncertainty in the response was unsettling. A system to confirm reservations is needed.

Close to the station and surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, which is very convenient. The staff don’t speak English. You have to dispose of your own trash or they’ll charge you for cleaning, duh!

Everything was great and affordable, the location near the station was convenient, the room was well equipped, the sofa bed worked well, laundry facilities were handy, the separate waste sorting and housekeeping worked smoothly, and the staff were service‑oriented, helping us store luggage and get assistance outside reception hours.

The location is superb, just a 2‑minute walk from Shin Maruko station or an 8‑minute walk from Musashi Kosugi, with 7‑11, Diaso, Aeon, Family Mart and other konbini stores nearby. There is no room cleaning service, though an in‑room vacuum cleaner is provided. It would be nice if a cleaning service were offered even for an extra fee, perhaps per week.
