The experience was almost nothing; everything felt like a nightmare. We arrived and the receptionist was completely unprofessional, clueless about how to do things. A staff member left us in the house during the night. He handed us the wrong air‑conditioning remote at least 3–4 times. Then there were hair on the bed, no proper bathroom, and it was very dirty. The sheets were nylon, which was very annoying. Ants were everywhere. Not comfortable.

I really liked the rooms—they were super spacious, clean, and one even had a balcony. The staff were very attentive and helped us with everything during the stay. The only downside was that other guests made a lot of noise at night, but it was only for a short while. The hotel breakfast needs improvement; it was too basic (scrambled eggs, bread, and carrot juice). Other than that, everything was perfect.
