The location and room size were great, but there were cobwebs in the room and the toilet.

The Pondok Pundi Village Inn was a pleasant and convenient stay, especially with its great location near Ubud’s main sights like the Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, Water Palace, and Campuhan Ridge Walk, and a cluster of nice cafés. The manager was genuinely kind and helpful, arranging transport and daily plans for me. The room itself felt outdated and in need of renovation, but the manager said updates are planned soon, after which it will be a wonderful place to stay.

The room was large and the location was good. There was no point of contact and no one was present to help.

I liked the location and the aesthetic look of the place. The shower had incredibly low pressure and no temperature adjustment – it was either boiling hot or too cold. The room was cleaned only once during an almost week‑long stay, and bugs or lizards were constantly in the room, especially bull ants in the bathroom.
