The mountains and lack of signal are a plus for me; the hotel feels cozy, the air is fresh, the staff are good, even though the internet has issues.

The spot is great, the room was clean and the staff were pleasant, but there was no kettle in the room.

At first glance everything seems fine, but a closer look shows the grounds are neglected and barely maintained; the pavilions are dirty, covered in cobwebs, one even had a sparrow nest; the restaurant is closed, coffee is only available black because there is no milk; all service relies on one young employee who tries hard but physically cannot manage everything, leaving the place feeling neglected. The advantages are the beautiful nature, a nice river near the rooms, scenic views, lots of greenery and planted firs; the area is spacious, has pavilions and everything needed for a comfortable stay, but it lacks proper upkeep and owner attention.

Convenient location and the room was warm, but a foul, inexplicable smell lingered in the corridor and room even after opening windows to ventilate; the sauna service was also problematic – the room next to the sauna didn’t heat at all, temperature matched the outside, it was very cold; they said you could book the sauna only for at least 3 hours for 3000, yet we stayed 1 hour 30 minutes and left.

The house is made of timber; the shower and toilet have a very unpleasant odor, the towels are old, and there are no disposable slippers.
