This hotel was a nice, quiet spot in busy Nairobi, and the staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were really friendly. The breakfast and dinner were good too. Unfortunately, the receptionist when we arrived was super unfriendly and not very helpful - a bit of a downer. Also, avoid the Classic room, it's tiny with no outdoor space, and upgrading wasn't worth the crazy price they wanted.

We loved our stay here - the location is great, and the hotel has a lot of character. The staff were really friendly and the place was super clean. We were happy with everything, no complaints at all.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel - it's honestly the best one we've ever stayed in, but I do wish there was more sunlight around the pool area. It was a bit shaded, which was a bit of a bummer. Still, the hotel itself was incredible and we'd definitely recommend it.

I was really impressed with the beautiful grounds and exceptional service at this hotel - our room was lovely too. There was a small issue with the shower, it wasn't draining properly, but the staff were on top of it and fixed it by the next day. Overall, a great experience with just a minor hiccup.
