The hotel is close to the MRT, Liuhe Night Market and a convenience store, and the staff were friendly. However, the bed was a bit hard, the soundproofing was very poor, and the front door had a bell that rang loudly; the bell’s sound could be heard inside the room and the hallway noises were also very clear.

“我住的房間跟隔壁有後陽台連通，就在我想說該不會有人從這裡走吧的沒多久就聽到隔壁一陣乒乒乓乓，拉開窗簾果然隔壁房的人翻出窗戶走到後陽台，感覺很可怕”

It’s near Beitou Station and there’s a 7‑11 downstairs for convenience. The luggage was left unattended right next to the desk (I took it myself after the staff had already left). Soundproofing was bad; the sink had no hot water and the built‑in hair dryer was in a very inconvenient spot at the door. The AC had a faint odor, and the bed was extremely hard.

“良莠不齊”

The hotel is close to the night market, a convenience store downstairs, and a metro exit, which is convenient. Because of hygiene issues I requested a room change, and the online staff replied quickly and helped. Cleanliness still needs improvement; even after the change I found hair in the bathroom. The equipment is a bit old. Dampness and poor soundproofing affected my sleep. On the first day the front desk staff seemed to need more training; they couldn’t properly replace missing items, the check‑in instructions were incomplete, and when I asked questions the staff had already left, so I had to contact the online team via Line. Later I learned she was rushing to finish her shift at 19:00 and had forgotten to hand over the guest requests.
