The pillows were very comfortable, and even though the lobby offered other options, overall it was still decent; the water pressure, AC, and room décor were all good, and the single business room was definitely spacious enough.

The hotel is new and clean, and I liked that there’s a public bath; my husband and I found it relaxing. The service was entirely self‑service—every call had to be made from the elevator, even the telephone.

The place was spotless and comfy, with a large public bath and a handy washing machine that made the stay pleasant; the staff were kind, some even spoke Japanese. Although we didn’t use it, the complimentary drink service offering endless draft beer and other alcohol until 22:00, plus the pillow‑selection option, showed thoughtful attention to guest comfort, and the use of photocatalytic materials added a reassuring touch. The only hiccup was that I couldn’t locate the Wi‑Fi login details at first—turns out they were printed on the card.
