“Hotel moderno y cómodo para dormir”

The hotel is modern and sits in a plain setting next to a highway a few kilometres from Plovdiv. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We booked triple rooms but were given studios with two separate rooms (double and single). The reception staff are efficient and try to help. The parking lot is large. The spa is decent, not huge but good for relaxing. The hotel advertises itself as “digital” and falls into the usual mistake in those cases: the staff has been cut down to the bare minimum. As a result, we stayed for one night to dine and the experience was awful. We waited two hours because there was only one waitress (who was overwhelmed but not at fault) and I imagine there was only one cook (also overwhelmed and not at fault). This was a very wrong decision by the management/owner if they want to provide good service. Therefore, my recommendation is to use the hotel only for sleeping and note that there are no bars/restaurants nearby.

The hotel was wonderful—clean, well equipped, with courteous and helpful staff. The location was a bit inconvenient due to traffic on Komatevsko Highway, but we left with great impressions of the hotel itself. The traffic on the street was the only downside.
