“Make sure you know what you want”

While the hotel's location was convenient, and the lobby had been nicely refurbished, my stay was marred by some significant issues. The desk clerk's heavy accent made communication difficult, and we had a problem with our reservation that was poorly handled. The room itself was not renovated, and the carpet was the only thing that had been replaced. The breakfast was also a letdown, with hard-boiled eggs that weren't fully cooked and no hot proteins available.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, my husband and I were greeted by unfriendly staff who seemed completely unaccommodating. We had specifically called ahead to inquire about paying a cash deposit, only to be met with resistance and a dismissive attitude. The staff member's behavior felt racially insensitive, and to make matters worse, the hotel's amenities were subpar - the hot tub was cold, the pool was uninviting, and there were no pool towels available.
