Excellent experience. Administrator Geovanny is a very charismatic person who pays attention to every detail. The rooms are in impeccable condition, I truly recommend this hotel. The humid rooms are very pretty and worth it.

It was comfortable and clean, though the room was tiny—perfect for a couple but already uncomfortable for three people. The restaurant didn’t have a wide selection, yet the staff were very attentive.

Very few positives, honestly. There is no hot water, no housekeeping in the room, you have to pay in cash if you don’t want to be overcharged, and it is very expensive for what it offers.

Everything was clean and brand new. Everything was wonderful, nothing bad.

The shower’s flow is too weak, so the water comes out excessively hot and you can’t adjust the temperature.
