The hotel was closed permanently, and I still haven’t received a refund. No help at all. It was a very bad experience. The hotel closed without notice, I was there that evening, and it was hard to find another place. They also didn’t refund my money.

The hotel is close to Pasar Siti Khadijah, but the shower water was so cold it froze, making it impossible to sleep because a bird had built a nest in the room, the TV was broken, and the staff were unhelpful.

The hotel was filthy, as if it hadn't been operating; when I arrived there was no room ready, so I demand a refund even though I had already paid in full.
