The young staff member who greeted us at the front desk was friendly. The hotel has no visible name or number, the toilet water kept running all the time—even after we reported it twice—the bathroom smelled of urine, the cleaning was poor, a glass was missing from the bathroom, and the curtain was dirty.

The spot is close to the Terni station and the room was clean, yet the building is old and hosts 3‑4 different hotels inside; the reception staff didn't speak Italian well, and the bathroom was cramped—no space to put anything on the sink.
