“Hotel advertised a lot of things that weren’t open or you had to travel 30mins to another resort in the passport to use”

I really liked the on‑site waterpark and the food was good. Most facilities were closed during our stay, there weren’t enough lifeguards so no beach activities were available… the kids club was a tiny playroom where you had to supervise yourself, and although it was all‑inclusive, only one bar was open from 12‑4.

The room view is unbeatable; the sea view is gorgeous and opening the curtains each morning felt great. The pool is nice, large enough to enjoy even during peak season, and the kayak and paddleboard rentals are a plus. The meals weren’t bad, but the breakfast and lunch on day five were the same every day, which was tiring. Dinner varied daily but it was hard to expect five‑star quality. The room condition was the biggest disappointment: the air felt off when I entered, there were stains and mold spots, and it was uncomfortable to stay with my child for four nights. I had booked an all‑inclusive stay with no sightseeing planned for a relaxing trip, so this was a let‑down. Still, Korean support made the overall service satisfactory.
